3 weeks until Chicago! This morning 10 of us drove out to a beautiful location for our run. We all continued to comment on the beauty of the route. I wanted to bust out the tune oh how lovely was the morning! I know you might be thinking, you feel like singing that early, while you are running? RiGHT??? I know it seems crazy or even weird but that is what gets me out of bed when every fiber of my body says NO! Everything is peeled away from you for that time of your day. Its a MOMENT you have that will determine the mood or outcome for the rest of the day. You have time to think, to ponder, to figure things out, to embrace the good things in your life. To realize how blessed you really are. So, get out on the road today whether it is for a walk, run or bike ride etc. and see what the road offers you today! BodyEvolution
