39 seconds...he puts his hands in the air as the cop grabs him by the neck, 46 sec...he clearly holds out his other hand when they take him to the ground, 54 seconds he starts telling them, I cant breathe! Listen to how he is saying it...its hard for him to even talk. He is not trying to fight them. 1 min 29 seconds you hear one of them ask, are you alright? shortly after you see that humpty dumpty officer telling the crowd, hes alright. Really? Now your fatass is a medical professional? Why is nobody doing CPR on him? How long did he lay like this before they tried to help him? They knew him...as you clearly heard him tell the officer about him harassing him previously. They knew he was not a threat! But thats what these punks (cops) do...they wanna be billy badass to ppl they know will not fight back. Same shit happens in my area. The police will straight stalk the places they know they can harass lil punks, but will not even roll up in the hood because they r afraid! Mofos shoot at each other day n night...NO COPS.
