Here are our numbers: OBLIQUE CHALLENGE 10 woodchoppers 10 (second or pulse) side plank 20 ankle touches 20 russian twists SHOULDER CHALLENGE 25 upright rows 10 side lateral raises 20 shoulder presses 15 shoulder rotations/side THIGH CHALLENGE 10 lateral lunges/side 20 scissors 10 fire hydrants/side 10 plie squat pulses BACK CHALLENGE 10 reverse flies 20 bridge pullovers 8 renegade rows/side 20second superman ARM CHALLENGE 10 push-ups 10 dips 20 bicep curls 20sec punches AB CHALLENGE 25 sit-ups 10 crunches 10 leg raises 15second plank SQUAT CHALLENGE 60 squats CARDIO CHALLENGE 45second each of jumping jacks, mountain climbers, jumprope with or without a rope, and skaters Gotta be honest with you.... Ive been hit by the cold&flu bug in a big way (again? still?), and I feel like absolute shite. Theres no even pretending that all is a-okay this morning. Its not.
