When performing the leg press, inhale as you lower your knees straight towards your chest keeping your heels on the plate. Your range of motion will depend on your hamstring flexibility, but the goal is to create a 90 degree angle with your upper and lower leg. Exhale as you press through your heels fully extending your legs without locking your knees. I am locking a tad in this video but that is a no no☝️. No matter the amount of weight, performing any exercise with proper form is key!! STRENGTH IS EARNED
