48th wecancook at studio41st hostel in seoul Hi guys~ I am Evy Are you ready to Join with me again? Its ever so cold now in Korea. So, I was agonizing for some days, what is the perfect food for keeping warmth after that I finally decided to cook fish cake soup. Ok~ lets go to the next part~ * Ingredients : fish cakes 350g, white radish 150g, Welsh onion, anchovy 10g, kelp, Soy Sauce 1. Bring water to a boil. 2. Put the anchovies and seaweed in boiling water. 3. After 20 minutes, remove from anchovies and boiled kelp. 4. Put the boiled fish cakes inside boiling water. 5. Add some soy sauce. 6. Top with welsh onion serve. See?! Its not hard to make it~!! enjoy, too~!! Next time I will cook Sweet Pumpkin Porridge.
