4th Annual MissileToe Mile set for December 6th in Downtown Shelton. Please help us spread the word. The more entries we have in this footrace, the faster and funner it will be. This is a super fast road mile on closed city streets in Downtown Shelton, WA. $50 cash prizes to overall male and female. $5 entry, 14 and under free. Just show up and register at Post Office Park between 3:30 and 4:00 PM on Saturday, December 6th. If we have enough racers, we will run 2 heats, one male and one female, otherwise we run one heat. Course changed this year for safety. Begin on Railroad Ave and 2nd Ave. head east to 9th. Go right on 9th then left down paved alley behind Windermere. Left on 10th and then left on Railroad back to start. Event records are 4:30 (Cody Williamson, 2012) for men and 5:43 (Cam Shiflett, 2013) for women.
