4weeks ago my client Laura Fearnon started a beginner based HIIT training programme, alongside a proper nutrition plan, in order to shed some lbs & become fitter & healthier! Here she is, 4 weeks on with a total weight loss of 4kg (8.8lbs) & a drop in bodyfat by almost 4%. Amazing results from a dedicated individual.. Now its time to introduce some proper strength training to her programme & see muscular gains & defined shape. Well done chika!
