5/19/14 MS/HS ANNOUNCEMENTS: Any girls interested in trying out for the drill team: Packets are available in Miss Drossman’s room 123. Permission slips for tryouts are due next Wednesday, May 21 by 2:45 p.m. All 8th grade girls trying out need to return their permission slips to Miss Drossman before they leave for D.C. Information on Camp Good Grief is available in the Guidance Office for kids up through age 13 for June, July, and August. See Mrs. Cook for information. Attention girls entering 7th and 8th grades next year, Coach Tucker is having a summer basketball league. Stop in the Athletic Office to get information and a registration form. Anyone in grades 6-11 interested in trying out for cheerleading please sign up in the Athletic office. There will be a parent meeting in the high school cafeteria on Tuesday, May 27th at 6 p.m. OPEN ENROLLMENT forms for next year are due to the main office with proof of residency by May 30th. The Margaretta Livestock 4-H club will meet tonight, May 19th at the building behind Ransom’s Funeral home at 7 p.m. Attention High School Yearbook Staff: We will meet today, May 19th during activity period in the lab by the AD office. Please see Mrs. Weller if you have any conflicts. VOLLEYBALL TEAM meeting for Junior High and High School will be Tues. May 27th in the Library after school. Applications for the Cold Creek Queen are in the main office. The annual Cross-Country organizational meeting for both Junior High and High School runners will be held Tuesday May 27th at 3:00 at the Village Pizza House. Any person interested can attend. The summer running schedule will be discussed.
