5:30am session completed a mixed workout using Med Balls, Truck Tyres, Dumbbells, Skipping Ropes, and Body Weight. There was a reasonable group this morning with close to 20 members and even though we started a little cold things got warm real quick. Stand out this morning goes to Justin. I watched Justin this morning and he was constantly encouraging others throughout the session. This is a common thing to see from him, which is a positive attitude and a show of true sincere care to support others through training. He really is making Bootcamp Bribie a great place for positive energy. Well done Justin!! Mick Trainer DECERTO
