5/5/14 = Jordan attacks Kate, Nick reveals what he knows to Abigail, and Sami encourages EJ to do something drastic. (NBC Universal Inc.) In the park, when Kate calls Jordan by the name Joan Cooper, Jordan explodes and accuses Kate of being in her apartment. She physically assaults Kate but backs off when Kate threatens to tell Rafe. She claims shes innocent but Kate asks, Then why do you have more aliases than P. Diddy? Jordan tells Kate her past has no bearing on her relationship with Rafe. Kate wants her to tell Rafe. At Club TBD, Sami tells Abby she saw Ben having a tense conversation with Jordan. Abby is surprised. Maggie arrives and Sami fills her in the custody agreement Nick took part in which limits Wills time with his daughter. Maggie agrees to talk to Nick. She goes and Sami thanks Abby for her friendship. She goes and Abby sighs, then sees Ben and asks how he knows Jordan. He says she comes in a lot. He goes back to work. Jordan shows up to warn Ben someone found out about her fake ids. She asks Ben to leave town. He wont. At home, Gabi tells Rafe she wants Will and Sonny to see as much of their daughter as possible but Rafe wonders if shed still feel the same if Nick demanded otherwise. Gabi shakes her head but doesnt answer. Its not wrong to ensure shes never separated from her kid. She makes Rafe promise not to talk to Nick. Every time someone does, it just makes it worse. Rafe promises and goes. Later, she tells her daughter she has to take care of things with uncle Nick. Maybe in time Gabi can learn to care about and fall in love with uncle Nick. She says she doesnt have a choice. She wont let anyone take her from her girl. In Kates office, EJ lets Nick know he got rid of his assistant Percy after he realized Nick had him take the photo of him and Abigail. Nick smirks. He was wondering when EJ would figure it out. He asks what EJ was thinking. EJ tells him to shut up but Nick thinks hes in the drivers seat. EJ snaps that hes wrong to think he has the power. Itll cost him dearly. EJ warns that if it leaks to Sami, Nick will be sorry. Nick deadpans, Whats the worst you can do to me, EJ? Kill me? Nick doesnt think EJ has it in him anymore. He doesnt believe he killed Percy. EJ calls Percy a lackey but he wont be so easy on Nick. Nick says theres nothing he could go through that could compare to the hell he went through in prison. At the Horton Square, Hope talks to Aiden about Liam, Jennifers stalker. She says its sometimes hard to accept you dont know people the way you think. Aiden takes a long glance at her and agrees. They discuss the Gala, then Hope has to pick up Ciara who is with Roman. Aiden stalls her. She recognizes the tactic but he insists hes just enjoying their time together. Now she knows hes lying. He follows her to the pub. At the Bradys pub, Ciara mopes and asks if uncle Roman loves her. Of course he does! She then asks if he will take Giselle Van Hopper to the Gala. He refuses. Roman says her school will be fine. Ciara puts on a pout and Roman finally agrees to do it just as Hope arrives. Hope thanks Roman before he goes and then asks Ciara what happened. Aiden rushes in and takes the blame. Ciara says, Good going, big mouth. Hope sends her into the kitchen and Aiden comes clean. Hope cant believe he offered her an award. Hes just so worried about the Gala falling apart. He knows she has every right to be angry, especially since he was on her about her parenting skills when they first met. Hope smirks. She appreciates that he owned up to it. Giselle texts to tell Hope shell be at the Gala with bells on - with Roman. Later, Rafe bumps into Kate and they head inside to discuss the custody agreement. Jordan walks in and thinks Kates ratting her out as she hears Rafe say, It was all based on a lie. Nick visits Maggie at the Kiriakis mansion. She brings up Gabi. Shes concerned. Nick assumes Abby brought up the agreement. Maggie asks why he didnt ask for a lawyer from uncle Mickeys firm. Nick explodes that nobodys ever on his side. Maggie tears up. Nick rants that Will, Abigail and JJ are all perfect, even when they screw up. Maggie just wants to see Nick make the most of his second chance. Nick brings up hurting Melanie and thinks Julie only cares for him because she cant resist a lost cause. Maggie assures him hes not a lost cause. Nick says love has changed him and will ensure he has the life he has always wanted. He walks out on her and she calls Sami to fill her in. EJ gets home and drinks while flashing to Nick saying EJ wont try to kill him because thats not who he is anymore. EJ takes out money and a phone number from the safe. When Sami arrives, he tells her Nicks demands will never end. Sami whispers, Do it. Back at the square, Hope tells Aiden and Ciara she doesnt approve of what they did and doesnt want it to happen again. She doesnt get her reward. Aiden puts on his sad face, But a promise is a promise. Hope allows Ciara one piece. Hope reminds Aiden of the conversation earlier. Sometimes people can surprise you in - a good way. He shoots her a look. He knows what she means. Nick confronts Abby at the park. He thinks she made him out to be the villain. Abby was worried about Will. Nick says if only their family knew the truth that shes nothing but EJ DiMeras w****. Salem Spoilers for the next Days Of Our Lives: Theres romance on the horizon for Nicole and Eric. Paige finally understands JJ.
