5 Minutes with God: Next Level Thinking The past three services of our revival with Dr. Bill Winston have absolutely changed my life. The change that has begun to take place is happening right between my two ears. I can’t stress it enough: it’s going to take a new mind set, to not only get to the next level but also to have a profound impact on the world when you get there. We have to think global, there’s no way around it. With the proliferation of social media and other forms of electronic communication, everything we now do is out there for the world to see, so we have to dispel that old cliché of “thinking outside the box” because the box has been removed. The only limits we now have are self imposed and we have to let the word of God get in there and continually renew our minds Ephesians 4:23 and begin to change the way we think, see and feel about God, this life and the world. Dr. Winston said so much last night (that’s why it’s good to take notes) that I feel compelled to share some with you so you can meditate on them like I will throughout the day. 1. There’s a supply that won’t run out in the kingdom, so we have to be free from running out thinking. Remember how he fed the children of Israel in the wilderness and they never ran out of food, he has provided everything we’ll ever need so there’s no chance of us ever running out 2 Peter 1:3. 2. Meditation transforms your beliefs. It transforms three things: your boundaries, decisions and personal recognition system (you begin to recognize certain things you didn’t before). 3. And most importantly to me was this: Whatever seems impossible is a deception, because all things are possible if you believe Mark 9:23. Don’t let the enemy deceive you into thinking it can’t be done or it’s too much because it’s a lie. It is my prayer that the nuggets I’ve shared with you will whet your appetite and begin a transformation in your thinking as it did in mine.
