5 Star: Sally L. My son Tristan is in Year 10. A few months ago he decided he wanted to study engineering. When attending parent teacher interviews we spoke with his teachers to confirm that he was on the right path and were somewhat taken aback when the words changed from one of the best in my class to he is probably going to struggle with the maths next year as he is not in the highest maths classes. Devastated, we rang Kip McGrath and were pleased to get an interview that week to discuss options. Tristan chose to start tutoring as soon as possible. Perhaps the most remarkable change since he has started tutoring is his confidence. He is now willing to do the extra study required and can see and feel the difference it makes. He went from a C to an A+ in one term. His eyes are firmly on his target and there is nothing holding him back now. Thanks for your help Christine and Ken.
