5 hours of talking to government offices to get a simple denial of medicaid so I can buy some health insurance. Result. Back to square one at the end of the working day. Next step: tomorrow I get to hang out in government office waiting rooms and cubicles to do what their website was inept to do. Woo hoo. (Their website continues to correct me when I give them my age, insisting that my TRUE birth year is 2014.) Multiply my experience by the millions that have to use the same broken system. We could have purchased everyone free health care with the money the government is wasting.
