5 minute total body/BASIC workout,1 minute per exercise, use dumbbells 5,8,10 lbs or your body weight . 1. Push-up to side crunch,leg lifts. 2. Dumbbell Squats to Bicep Curl. 3. Reverse Crunch 4. Step Back Lunge to dumbbell lateral raise. 5. Floor leg raise to dumbbell chest press . Do it early in the morning before you get out of your PJ. You feel strong-repeat it 1.5 h after your lunch meal. And why not late in the evening while you watch TV.
