£ 500.00 per month from sept 9th till june 2013 £ 500 secure bond £ 1,196.00 before we even moved in moved out oct due to no running water faulty boiler and no toilet damp right through house minging carpets 22 bottles of carpet shampoo in dining room 19 bottles carpet shampoo in living room with industrial rug doctor all failed all flooring placed at our expense all carpets renewed in every room but one all lighting on ceilings changed by approved electrician the whole house ran on 4 plugs boxes left 8 in passage blocking doorway single bed left in sitting room there old wall units & book cases boxes of all sorts poor colin had to put in loft with everything else from sept till dec he fell out he should have taken them for his injury to which he still suffers 4 bed room house paid for and maintained to high standards yet we rented privately 2 rooms so be careful of what you actually slate around washington we have the proof in the pictures even their own family have said the disgusting state it was left in when we moved in this story goes on , the one thing i will make everyone understand neither of us are parasites or dirty bastards we even had flea bites
