60kg front squats for 5reps. Just a little tip for anyone who struggles to get full range squats; you could try one of two things putting weight plates under your heels to increase the range. If your ankle or hamstring tightness is your limiting factor this will help. This is one of the reason why I wear weight lifting shoes. Along with increasing stability they also have an elevated heel which helps keep form because my calves are tight. Hope you found this helpful and feel free to post any questions below.
