650 families=at least 2000 potentially new Syrian Armenian refugees from Mister Levon Ter Petrosyans homeland, Kessab, coming to Armenia. With UNHCRs almighty Representative to Armenia gone for more than 16 years...who else can host , accommodate, and integrate them. I would like to see how many families is Madame Lyudmila Plyatskovskaya going to host in her huge mansion in Kilikia (not Hatay) dictrict , in Yerevan. She even said once, that when she arrived from St Petersburg to decolonize Armenia with her smart ass husband, the first thing she learned was Kessabs dialect of Armenian. That experience is gonna help her when she starts working as a volunteer for UNHCR :) (I hope she will do that with Nanuli Oscanian).
