7 REASONS TO PROVE THAT JESUS CHRIST IS GOD. PART TWO. Today we shall consider the topic under following: 1. Children of God. 2. Glory. 3. God the Father. 4. Grace of God. 5. The Truth. Please take note that all the words in bracket were added by me for purpose of better understanding. What is the significance of these words in relation to Jesus Christ? Children of God: The word of God says Yet to all who received him (The Word of God, Jesus Christ) to those who believed in his name (Jesus) he (The Word of God, Jesus Christ) gave the right to become Children of God, born not of the natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband`s will, but of God (The Word of God, Jesus Christ,) Man was created by God. Sin seperated us from God at the garden of Eden. Sin came through one man Adam and man was driven out of the garden of Eden. By the disobedience of Adam and Eve everyone born from then till today died spiritually and physically. The Bible says And it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment. Hebrews 9:27 KJV. Moreover Romans 6:23 says For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. NIV. Hence only by faith in the Son of God (Jesus Christ, The Word of God) can a man be born again. Jesus Christ said Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to the spirit. John 3:6. NIV. Therefore to be born again involves the active operation of the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ also said You should not be surprised at my saying `You must be born again. The wind blows where ever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit. John 3:7-8 NIV. Jesus Christ said in John 6:63-64 The Spirit (Holy Spirit) gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you are spirit and they are life. Yet there are some of you who do not believe: For Jesus had known from the beginning which of them did not believe and who would betray him. This indicates to us that Jesus Christ is omniscient (that is all-knowing) He knew the end from the beginning as he was both God and man. The Bible says And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son, has life; he who does not have the Son of God (Jesus Christ) does not have life. 1 John 5:11-12 NIV. The Bible says Since the children have flesh and blood, he (Jesus Christ) too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might destroy him who holds the power of death that is the devil and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death.
