7 months since I took the plunge and changed my life for the better. September 2013 I couldnt bare the thought of seeing myself in the mirror anymore. I signed up with Matt Wolfs at Total Transformations and was introduced to MP & ICE sessions. Its been the hardest most rewarding experience of my life. For anyone thinking of giving up, take one look at where I used to be and where I am now. I still have a hell of a way to go but I know that Im on the right track and will never go back to that size 22-24 I used to be. # 7 months#14 kilos #slow & steady wins the race #making my 6 kids proud #Thank you Matt!
