78 Kilos today. Down from 84.7 September 19th. Today Shoulders, Dead lifts, Romania Dead Lifts, 15 Minutes of HITT Cardio, Suana, then study for class before Contracts at 2:45 then at 4:30 to the office to read again what we went over in class, then some work. My intermittent fasting is about 15 hours to 18 hours between meals. In a caloric deficit of BMR, which is 1871 calories, of about 500 calories per day. 5 more kilos of fat to shed (10.3lbs) then back to packing on muscle of about 5 kilos. Ideal weight to be about 77 to 78 kilos, body fat down to 6 to 8% is the goal. The jeans are baggy already!
