8 weeks ago I made a big decision after meeting for a dinner date with friends Ive had since college Ama Ampaw and Majabeen Ali (believe it thats me at the end of the table!). On that day their presence helped me to decide it was time to change my fate. I decided to not take the medication that was keeping my pain at bay and a load of other symptoms. I decided the labels given by the doctors would no longer define me.
