8 years ago today,my life changed forever. I lost my best friend, mybiggest fan and my old buddy Burke,my Daddy. Life has not been the same since. I knew the date was coming up but it just hit me what todays date actually is. Obviously, my subconscious mind remembered, because from the moment my feet hit the floor today, it has been a bad day. I have been an anxious and emotional mess. Seriously, not fishing for sympathy but wanted to point out the fact about how powerful our subconscious mind really is. Our mind is a powerful thing. I sure do love and miss my Old Buddy. What I would give for just one more day.
