8 years ago today, our owner and CEO, Steve H., purchased what was once known as Harlan and Lash. The company, at that time, was roughly 17 employees strong and operated in about 30,000 square feet. 8 years ago...this company was a job shop. Today, HL Precision Manufacturing, Inc. serves over 20 different industries nation-wide, has over 60 employees and operates through two facilities with over 85,000 square feet of facility space. 8 years ago, there was no telling what Harlan and Lash could become. But today, the past, present and future is clear. Steves dedication to this companys success has opened job opportunities for many, upward mobility for each of us and peace of mind that we will all have a stable income at a company where the people and the culture is the most important part of who we are. We are all grateful, blessed and thankful for the company HL Precision has become and for each and every talented employee HL has and will come to employ. What we do is a small part of who we are as a company and we celebrate the ethical business practices, the strong and growing culture and the honored growth we have and will see in our bright future.
