850lbs for 2 reps squat raw w/ wraps PR. First rep solid, second rep not so much lol. It all started with the setup. The thing about walking out the weight is you need to have a solid walkout and set up to maximize your potential of a good set. When I walked out I swung my foot out more than normal, over rotating my body which through me off. With that much weight on my back I cant correct it just big air and squat it. First rep I was able to maintain it, the second rep my tightness started loosening up a bit and my body started spinning a bit going into the hole which forced me to cut it able a half inch high for injury sake. Im happy with my progress after a very long stressful week and looking forward to the coming weeks. Reaching out to 900.. In the hunt for a loaded bar. Wrapped tight with a my solid @ironrebelpowergear rhino knee wraps that Tony wrapped death style on my knees lol. Also locking my wrists in place were my favorite @ironrebelpowergear outlaw wrist wraps that kept the bar firming in my hands. @nubreednutrition running through my system and represented across my chest because this is Nubreed mentality. Thanks to my crew Howard, Dave, and Tony for handling me in this session. Time for an Epson salt bath..
