8th Grade Results Alton 4 Jerseyville StF 0 Alton 6 Jerseyville StF 2 Game 1 Robby Taul and Adam stilts pitched a combined no-hitter. They were both on a limited pitch count due to playoffs beginning next week. Game 2 Wesley Laaker pitched a complete game while giving up 0 earned runs. The birds are on a five game winning streak. Jack Sumner contines his 5 game hit streak at the plate. Brayden Haug, Michael Green, Adam Stilts and Isaac Spencer each had 3 hits on the day. The Redbirds travel to Southwestern on Monday to play Triad, 4pm start. Regionals begin Tuesday at Southwestern 4:30.
