9:15am session completed a all body endurance circuit using Torsion Bars, Dumbbells, skipping Ropes, plyo boxs, and bodyweight. There was plenty of energy this morning and I was extremely pleased with the attention to detail on the posture and technique of the exercises. Stand out this morning goes to Nicole Comrie. Nici worked well on all the exercises this morning. Especially the torsion bar stations. Her strength is exceptional and her motivation is at its best. Well done Nici!! Mick Trainer DECERTO
