India Food Tour Reviews Review by a traveler from London, UK: 5 out of 5 While planning for our India vacation, it was a bit difficult for us to select a travel agency in such a different and far away country. There was so much to take in, to plan and so many businesses promising soo much on their websites and advertisements! We wanted to experience the real India. We didnt want to just go there for general sightseeing. So we were willing to spend some effort for preparation. So after a lot of research, we prepared our own travel itinerary and contacted a lot of travel agencies for their suggestions and quotes. Among dozens of offers received the level of detail, personalization and personal touch offered by India Food Tour impressed us the most. The replies were prompt and full of useful information which was really helpful. We also wanted to taste some good Indian food which sealed the deal for us, as they offer culinary tours too. So after deciding everything and finalizing the itinerary, we finally took the plunge and it was much better than our wildest dreams. Our India vacation was the best time we had in any of our vacations and we loved each moment. We visited Rajasthan, Taj Mahal, Khajuraho and 2 national parks in India and enjoyed every where. The vacation was excellently planned with comfortable hotels, great drivers and lots of fun things to do like food tours, jungle safaris, elephant rides, zip lining, dancing with villagers, trying out ethnic clothes and so on. The company staff was extremely helpful and responsive at any time. Couldnt have asked for more.” April 16, 2014. Trip Advisor website, edited Review by a traveler from California, USA: 5 out of 5 We hired this company to arrange part of our northern India trip which included Delhi, Jaipur, Agra and Udaipur. The service was very good and prompt in every way. All the major parts of trip like sightseeing, transport, hotels and food were chosen well and according to our budget. Their staff was always available on phone at all times and it was a big help. Our trip to India was an enjoyable experience and their service played a fairly big part in it. Worth a look.” February 22, 2014. Trip Advisor website, edited Review by a traveler from California, USA: 5 out of 5 Our 2 weeks vacation of India with India food tour was the best time we had in recent times. We contacted them in September and finalized the plans when we felt comfortable. The conversation over emails were prompt and helpful. Their price quote was different from most other tour operators in the way that it included every cost upfront instead of huge costs in small text and hidden taxes. Everything from there on including pickup from airport to sightseeing, planned activities and culinary tours went on amazingly well. We spent 10 days in Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur and Ranthambore Tiger Park and rest in Delhi and Agra. Weather in India was marvelous and we enjoyed every single day of our vacation there. Our driver Chandan was extremely polite and of immense help to us. We were promised authentic Indian food wherever we stayed and were glad to say that it was exactly what we got. The food, even outside of food tours and cooking classes was amazing and so different from the usual Indian food we get here. The hotels were chosen well and their service was world class.” January 28, 2014. Trip Advisor website, edited Review by Adam from Missouri, USA: 5 out of 5 Without any exaggeration, this was one of our most memorable vacations and India Food Tour helped us a lot in every way. We were on a tight budget, but still received very good service which enabled us to enjoy our travel. The sights and sounds of India were just amazing and worth coming back to again and again. The real Indian food, jungle safari in national park, beautiful temples of Khajuraho and of course the Taj Mahal were all incredibly inspiring.” December 14, 2013. Trip Advisor website, edited Review by Bradley from North Carolina, USA: 5 out of 5 We totally loved our India journey due to excellent service provided by this company. We got most of our plans finalized via email and skype. Their service began right from the moment we landed in India and ended only when we left after completing the journey. We had some awesome activities like culinary tours, jungle safaris and city walk in some amazing places and loved every single moment of it. Tigers of Ranthmabore national park were awesome. India is a huge and diverse country and it was really once in a lifetime experience for us. Cant wait to get back next year and spend the New Years even in Goa.” November 1, 2013. Trip Advisor website, edited Review by Stefen from Seoul, South Korea: 5 out of 5 Our trip to India last month was one of our best travel experiences till date. We spent 15 days in India traveling across New Delhi, Manali, Agra, Dharmsala and Mcleodganj. We loved the orientation plus food tour that we had in New Delhi upon our arrival, where we saw some beautiful places of the capital city of India as well as some really good Indian food. After that we traveled to Agra for seeing Taj Mahal and spent a day there. The rest of our vacation was spent in Himalayan towns of Manali, Dharmsala and Mceodganj. All of these places are extremely scenic and peaceful. We loved walking on mountains, light trekking and long, thoughtful discussions with friendly monks. Manali had many beautiful sights and places to see and we wish to got there again very soon to explore it in detail. The hot water pond just outside town was a great relief for sore legs after hours of walking. Then there were some ancient temples surrounded by beautiful greenery and amazing sights of mountains. Cant wait to go back there to climb them next year.” September 23, 2013. Trip Advisor website, edited
