911! Just been alerted of a small terrier is trapped and very scared inside of the storm drain in front of the ATT parking lot on NE 7th street and Bell Rd. They werent able to tell if its ill or free from injury but it was running hurriedly across the busy street darting in between cars. It started by hiding in the brush before it spotted this corner of a storm drain to hide in. Several people tried to help, one offered it treats but the animal is in obvious distress and not concerned with offerings of food. They are concerned it may bite someone or die there if left uncared for and unattended. It did not appear to have a collar that they could see.
