A 21 year old man has been arrested and charged with several offences after he was involved in incidents including malicious damage, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intimidation and resisting police. Police were called to Boyd Street in Kelso Sunday afternoon. It is alleged the man went on a rampage, damaging property and assaulting occupants at two locations. He was conveyed to Bathurst Police Station where he was later bail refused. Bail was granted by the Bathurst Local Court the following day with Bail restrictions being placed on the man before his next Court appearance in December. Police are urging residents and business owners to ensure they secure their property after reports of several break and enters in the Carcoar, Mandurama and Blayney areas. Over the weekend two vehicles were broken into in Carcoar and property stolen. Another vehicle stolen from under a carport in Carcoar was located burn out out in Mandurama some hours later. A chainsaw and copper piping was stolen from under a carport in Mandurama sometime between the 2nd and 5th November Police are also investigating damage caused to the Youth Centre in Hill Street Blayney.
