A GENIUS TEACHER OUR UPENDRA SIR: He had adopted a very unique style of teaching in his Tuition Class where 60-70 students were there in each class from 6th to 10th std. He used to pick 10 to 12 students as Leaders, make teams of 4 students under to one leader and the leader is responsible to collect the workbook, check and verify the tasks given before taking it to the teacher for evaluation. Before each class 30 mins are devoted for prayer and daily tasks check. Failing to do so the punishment is a hard sticks on the palm. More over monthly exams were being also conducted and as per the performance he made three groups in one class- A, B & C. So that no one could be ignored in a crowd of 60 to 70 students. Really, now realising his vision to teach was no doubt, was an excellent procedure. I humbly say.. he is great.
