A HOPE - A DREAM - A REALITY TO COME? SCOTTISH INDEPENDENCE - THE FAILURE OF GOVERNMENTS. In Scotland today, there is a new hope which has been written into the hearts and minds of a million people and more Scotlands referendum to be Independently Governed. However, one should ask as to why this has happened? The answer to that question is to look no further than the shoddy performance of Westminster and its pile of pig in the poke politicians, who have neither clarity, capability nor competency, those who have performed atrociously over the last 30 years Those who are so infused by the sense of their own self importance, narcissim and ego, that they missed the warning signs which were very evident many years ago. The Scots have never been push overs as successive Westminster Governments have often treated them, even moreso the Scots particularly detest thisTory Government and and its abjectly hopeless policies, policies which have driven people into even deeper poverty. The Scots have been constantly pushed out of the way, by the Westminster pen pushers, along with the all pervasive ignorance of sequential Tory and Labour Governments. In fact the Scots became so sick of the separatist actions of and English Westminister that a gradual but prevelant rebellion took place, which saw the SNP rise from being a minority party into a major full blown political force. All whilst Westminster kept its eyes tight shut, still believing in its own self righteous pathway and indistructablity. The last election was the final straw. The Scots clearly did not want to be inflicted with yet another self obsessed, self deluded Tory Government which was this time elected by a minority; so they elected the SNP to run their parliament. Thereby stage was set to become one of the biggest upheavals in British politics has seen for over 400 years and the introduction of the long promised referendum. Yet still arrogant to the core, Westminster took little notice, sending only a few of its more well known politicians, thinking this was just a mass of hot air. But Parliament completely underestimated the feeling, anger and hostility towards both past Governments and this present Government by the people of Scotland. The ignorance, arrogance and contempt shown by sequential Parliaments has pushed the Scottish people into this position. Now the unthinkable could be about to happen, well at least in English terms. Home rule for Scotland, could well be the outcome of this referendum. Now our English politiciansare in flat panic, more for the sake of their own skins I suspect, than anything to with the Union. So they have now taken to using the Union as means to try and quell this outpouring of public hostility. The Union for its part is nothing than a historical principle founded solely on slavery and military conquest and to be honest It is way overdue an overhaul. However, the politicians have used the Union as a shield, for all the failings of Westminster. Effectively using the Union as a scapegoat, a method of dodging the blame for all their past and present political failures. Including the Thatcher era and the destruction of jobs and industry. Not that things got any better under Labour, they did not. Labour treated the Scots with the same contempt, which all Governments did before Cameron was elected, only David Camerons Government made matters even worse. I do not know what will happen on the final day, whether Scotland will say YES, or decide to stay in the grip of a worn out, untrusted, dishonest political system. But if there is a yes vote, the tide against the arrogance of Government today, will have turned and turned in a manner which could never have been conceived even 10 years ago. Too right the politicians are afraid. However, in reality it is the Scottish people themselves who will have said enough. The time for listening has gone and indeed those in Westminster have had a very, very long time to consider their strategy, a strategy which failed for over 30 years and continues to fail right up to this present moment and has even failed in this campaign, as all we have seen is threats, bullying, manipulation and and intimidation. Westminster still has not learned you cannot push all the people around all the time and the reasons above are the very reasons why the Scottish people today are on the precipice of a YES vote. THE FAULT SOLELY LIES WITH THE ENGLISH PARLIAMENT!
