A Horses Plea Loaded up just like before Down the road my family drives With me tucked in behind them Not knowing this will be goodbye. We pull up in a hurry They unload me in a pin My people pat me on the head From there my hell begins. I look around for water Not a drop to be found No hay, or grain or yummies Just trash thrown all around. I hear people shouting As a man walls up to me A number gets stuck on me I wish I was home safe with my family. These people are not nice here They dont care if I am hurt No vet, no help, no hope All I see is dirt. My tears of fear aster silent For I dont seem to have a voice Will someone please come save me Abandonment was not my choice. Ill do anything you tell me I promise Im not bad I wont roll street you brush me I wont ever make you mad. Please just dont left them load me From that trailer theres no return I dont want to beer forgotten I dont want to bleed and burn. As you walk right by me Please just look into my eyes Read my cry for safety Im to young to die. Please load me in your tailor And pat me on the head Let me know Im safe That Ill have water, food, and a bed. If you do I promise Ill love you til the end Ill be your truest friend forever Yours truly, your equine companions......
