A LETTER TO MY GOVERNOR...ISAAC RUTTO BOMET COUNTY, CHAIRMAN OF GOVERNORS.. HALLO mr governor, hon,EGH,DEGREE,MASTERS ETC Mr.Governor, these people may not tell you this , but as for me i will point it blank am disgusted n totally disapointed by your constant complaints to the national government in the name of you are the chairman of all governors. You complained of flags now you are complaining of insufficient funding to devolution process. Mr.Governor, you are copmplaining that the billions of shillings that has been pumped to counties is not enough for development. Let me inform you that as you complain, machakos county are developing at an aarming rate, building business empires, attracting investors, building a post modern criminal investigation department, even without depending much on the national tresury...and that is innovativeness. Mr,Governor, you are using inadequate funds as an excuse for underdevelopment in bomet county for your own malicious gains....why dont you utilise the little already available funds to help get better roads or better schools or better towns or better hospitals or even employ your jobless classmates? Stop pretence and better start working because the few reasoning individuals at bomet county are watching over you...so stop complaining of the revenue bill..okay?
