A: Although Alisdare (he prefers that to AJ now) was glad to be a Westmoreland, it was a transition for all of us. And we had help from our family. I loved being a part of his life and being there during his teen years. Now hes away at college, attending the University of Maryland, pursuing a degree in criminology. He calls home often and he plans to come home for the holidays. Deborah Shelby Bunton Q: How is Dare Jr in college A: Grades are good. Dedicated. He moved out of the dorm into an apartment with two of his friends. Carla Jones Q: How did you handle having the talk with AJ when he started dating? A: It was easier than I thought. Now I understand how Dad felt when he had that talk with me and my brothers. But Alisdare kept saying,… “I know that already, Dad.” I finally had to tell him to just humor me and listen to my version. LOL Flo Anderson Q: Are you and Shelly going to try for more children or is two enough? A: No more kids for us. We are happy with Alisdare and Allison.
