America, more than a mass of Land and Sea, more than Mountains of Grandeur, and Plush Green Valleys, more than a host for Lakeside Resorts, and Pine Grove Parks, more than the Heart of Great Industry, more than the Source of Technological Genius... because you and I together, “We” are America ! Some two hundred plus years ago on July 4th, 1776, our forefathers made a commitment, that has afforded to us “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.” But as you know this Purchased Privilege we call Freedom did not come cheaply, it cost the lives of numerous Dedicated and Courageous men and woman to make Reality, “The Land Of The Free, and Home Of The Brave.” People who understood “A Dream can be Reality”...but the choice is up to you and me. People who realized Inspiration without Perspiration bears only Fruitless Aspirations, as those who aspire to do great things, will of themselves, great things require reaching for the mark of Excellence. With this in mind, I’d like to challenge you, from the Assembly line to Wall Street, from the Mean Streets to the Halls of Justice, from the Farmers Fields to Silicon Valley. From the Blue Collar to the White, Dare to Be... the best YOU, you can be. To seize the honest, moral, upstanding Opportunities Of Freedom, and join your neighbors from the North, South, East and West of our great land, in “Lighting the Candle of Excellence to drive out the Darkness Of Mediocrity.” In bringing back the pride of our country, by getting involved in your Local and State communities. By supporting and brainstorming solutions to our individual and collective problems. By accepting the responsibility in “Deed”, and not just “theory” of finding a need and filling it. Because, you and I together, “We The People”, are America. Therefore... America, will always be what “We the People” make it. So don’t wait for someone else to get things done, let your hands, and your feet, be the extension of Freedom, America… ~
