A Note of Thanks to share for our wonderful caregivers! A parent of one of our clients wishes to express her thanks to the staff of 311 and to Dr. Okos. She expressed how grateful she is for all of their care of her loved one during their transition to Fircrest. To Dr. Okos, she wished to express: “I also want to thank Dr. Okos for never giving up on my son, for his expertise in medical care and decisions made to help my son get off the many medications … that were adversely affecting health…Thank you, Dr. Okos for your ongoing care of my son.” To all the staff of 311, she expressed: “I want to thank you for all the wonderful care you have provided to my son since he first came…to Fircrest. Our family couldn’t have cared for him with the level of care he needs. We are truly grateful for every kind word, thoughtful action and interaction… I personally witnessed many of these actions demonstrated by all staff at 311, not just with my loved one, but with every client cared for at 311. My son’s behavior has greatly improved thanks to all of your interventions… Thank you for making a huge difference and for being a blessing to my son and our family! You do your work with skill and compassion, and I am forever grateful.”
