A SURPRISE POT OF CHILI and JALEPENO GARLIC AND PARMESEAN CORNBREAD cooked for my neighbors. The wife is home from hospital on bed rest. The husband looks like hes about to loose his mind trying to feed those kids. After the 5 yr old told me his Dad is horrible at cooking which had us hollering laughing. ME and another neighbor helped them out. This chilli turned out really good as I havent cooked chili in 15 yrs: chopped chicken breast, smoked chicken sausage, ground turkey, peppers, onions, fire roasted corn and red peppers, black beans and pinto...etc. I set aside Vegetarian version container for myself. Time to kick back....they loved it.
