A Simple Drill to Lock Down Your Snatch Positions Thank my coaches @CF760 for this gem. The last movement is particularly helpful improving the first pull of the floor. 25 reps of each (all PVC): 1. High Hang Shrug (vertical torso) 2. High Hang Snatch 3. Waist to Above Knee (pushing knees back to load hamstring) 4. Snatch Balance 5. Mid-Shin to Above Knee (pushing knees back to launch position)
