A Story From Pads To Cups My name is …….. I belong to a small city of Pakistan that name is Pakpattan. My first period hit me when I was 13 years old. I was living with my family in my home. I feel pain in my belly. My mother told me all about periods, but I had never felt cramps before. So I wasn’t sure what the pain was then I had to go to the bathroom. I noticed that the my cloth was kind of pink at the vegana place. After came out I told my mother about this pain and about my cloth. My mother told me every thing about period after see my cloth. I got worried after about if I think this is any type of deseces take place in me. But with the passing of time I understand every thing about period. As my mother say I use Pads or cloth in my Period but I was worry and very uncomfortable from pads and cloth in the first days of heavy menstrual flow mostly I was not going my school because of pain and heavy flow I cant change my pads in school Lord, I hated using those things! The pad would move with my clothing, and cause stains. Or it would twist and bunch, which was painful to sit on. Then when I moved certain ways, the sticky side would peel up and stick to my skin… Ouch!! Plus I never felt clean or dry. Eventually, I learned to wear tighter underwear to keep things in place, but I still hated having to wear something akin to a small pillow for 6 days every month. Spicily in hot days of summer ufff its so bad. so that I try to find any better thing I was here about tampons, but not try tampons yet, because it was very different for me and it was not available in local market of our city so it was just a matter of setting my mind, every time my period hit. Pads to Tampons At last one day I decide to use tampons I oder a box of tampons. After few days tampons’ box come at my home by Post Master. I use a tampon it was better then other pads or cloth but not great how much I want. it was some costly but better then other but it was hard to buy and it was costly therefore want some better in cheap price one tampons price near 0.30$ Tampons to Cups I found out about menstrual cups one day when I was watching a English movie western romance in this I see Menstrual Cups it was intrusting so I decide to scerch on internet about cups after see cups and user guide. But it was very different thing for me then I start find women’s who using menstrual Cups I talk with 28 women and girls before buy a cup. 15 women’s upto 28 and married they using large size 5 women nerd 22 age vinegar and using Small size 8 under or near 18 age vinegar and using Small size And every one was to much happy from cup every one tell me cup is very great and also save your money so that I got 100% votes for use Cups. But after know this I was some nerves, because I was first girls who know about cup in Pakistan and also want to buy a cup. At last one day I oder for my First cups it reached in 25 days at my home by postman. I try this cup before start Period and make a practice to use it was some hard because before it naves insert any other thing in my vegans I was just insert tempos before it. In 2 or 3 try I learn it Finally, when my period arrived, I tried my cup for real— and it worked like a charm! I was clean, dry, and comfortable all week! I have pretty much been a cup convert ever since, and I try to let everyone know about them. I started to love the idea of never having to purchase disposables pads etc again Its funny how the smallest events in our lives can lead us to something revolutionary. Who would have thought that watching a movie western romance would lead me to a curiosity that would change the way I manage my period for life? All I can say is, when your instincts tell you to dig deeper, go ahead and do it! You never know what you might find. I suggest to all over the word women’s they also buy there own Menstrual Cups and save money also save your self your time and become free from use disposable thing and underwear use.
