A Thank you to both Arthur Knight and Firiam Firi for your coffee - TopicsExpress

A Thank you to both Arthur Knight and Firiam Firi for your coffee suggestion (though Firiam Im a little concerned at your make-out comment [LOL]). In spite of some ratbag comments calling me corrupt and the like directed at my person (I ignore such BS comments/accusations anyway unless they step over the bounds and become defamatory), I can genuinely say that I cannot recall Julian Tove Ligo as having stated anything of such a nature in his posts or comments. Whilst Julian has often been angry at and in disagreement with my stated views, I do ask that he accept my credentials as an advocate for a corruption-free society for our youth and as an active anti-corruption campaigner generally. Whether I am black, white, half-caste, Ni-Vanuatu, naturalized Citizen, Resident of Vanuatu, old, young or in-between is NOT the issue. The reality is that I choose to live in this country and as such, I have a deep concern for my local community and the socioeconomic, cultural and spiritual well-being of all who live here. Yes - I have my political views but these arent based on anything that amount to self-interest other than wishing to live in peace and harmony along with the rest of you. Frankly and as a generalization, I do not like politicians nor do I have much respect for them. If I have expressed otherwise by way of POSITIVE comment toward someone in Public Office, then I believe that I have done so with good, sound reason and non-partisan logic. I know that if you (anyone) carefully research EVERY post and comment ever made by me relative to social and/or political issues in Vanuatu, I have always done so from the perspective of what I deem to be right or wrong - ethically, morally and/or intellectually. Is that so bad? Post-Script: Julian - want to share a coffee sometime?
