A big thank you to the punk from Massachusetts in the little black Honda or Hyundai, car that nearly wrecked us and the white car ahead of us today... Passed us doing at least 80 mph, (we were doing about 62 or so) no sooner had I stated my prediction, sure enough, he proceeded to lose it, doing donuts in front of us all. White car slammed on his brakes as the idiot crossed in front of him and continued spinning out of control, ended up back into the left side of the road, spun around one more time and wound up facing forward again in the passing lane.. Lori next to me calling on angels and the great spirit.......... and me- who saw it all coming,....slowed back, gave them all room, and when the white car had to slam on brakes because of the idiot (but luckily no ice right there), left me nowhere to go, but did I ass-end him? NO. I kept reducing speed carefully, and let my cruiser slowly glide by him in the right breakdown lane to avoid impact. Hitting him was not acceptable to me. Everyone made it out ok on that one in spite of that fool. Just another day of winter commuting in New England. *sigh*. Glad to know at least my reflexes are still good, but didnt need the heart flutters! UGH.
