Limited. Reconciliation with the Royal Small Arms Factory Enfield by providing parts for handguns. 1893, this association leads to the production of the new Enfield Manufacturing Co Ltd a bicycle stamped Enfield. Contract to build arms for the British government to add Royal in the name of society. Hence the slogan Made like a gun, runs like a bullet (Built like a gun, goes like a bullet). 1896: Construction of parts for BSA. 1898 producing a quadricycle with an engine De Dion-Bouton. 1901: first motorcycle with engine Minerva placed on the front wheel. 1903 first mid-engined motorcycle. 1910: first twin motorcycle engine with V. 1933: birth of the first Bullet model. 1945 first telescopic forks. 1948 prototype of the current Bullet exhaust with trial kind. 1956: creation of the Enfield India Ltd branch in India. January 30, 1969: last Beatles concert rooftop concert. 1971: closure of the British plant Redditch, permanent transfer of the factory in India. 1979: start of exports to Europe. 1994 redemption of Enfield India Ltd with a large international industrial group, the engine manufacturer Eicher. 2007: end of Bullet iron export. 2008: new model EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection European standards Euro3).
