A brilliant dialogue with Gurumurthy, you will enjoy it only if you know Tamil. This clearly brings out the extent to which Indians have a perverted idea of India and being an Indian. The idea is degenerated to such an extent - almost looking irretrievable - is evident in the way the Anchor desperately argues - but in vain - with Gurumurthy. Anti- Hinduism and the yearning to suppress Hindus from raising anything about privileges of other religions under so called secularism and making it an almost criminal act if we raise about fault lines and non-secular charectistics of ideology of other religions, is in naked display in this conversation. Hats off to Gurumurthy the way he handles the anchor. One more thing that becomes quite apparent and visible is the way the Tamil anchor is genuinely misguided about and absolutely ignorant of and oblivious to the core Indian civilizational values. This is in stark contracst to the identical stance taken by anchors like Barkha Dutt, Rajdeep Sardesai and their ilk, who have adopted this world view primarily for the money involved perpetuating this anti-India distortion.
