A challenging day today. MRI brain scan this morning. Results look like there is some swelling but nothing sinister, is around ears and sinuses. Doctors tomorrow to find out more. Also had some personal issues around things I am very passionate about. Helping others with MH issues their friends and families and challenging the stigma around it. I was made to question my motivation but I am stead fast that I can make a difference if only tiny. More than one voice can sing a song. More than one voice can send the same message. I have some amazing friends around me that kept me smiling today. Thank you To name just a few today.....
