A client walked into my salon yesterday, stating she died her at home, and now has hot root, and is wondering other then my salon are there any other salons in the mall.. She then proceeds to tell me that her stylist who is grand is no longer at any Bubbles location.I then assess that she is a problamatic client. I state Bubbles is across the street. She then says bc her stylist isnt there she rather not.But she NEEDS HER HAIR corrected..and She is aware of places like my salon, due to prices bc there cheap and u get CHEAP work.. "And i know what that means" She proceeds to tell me she is VERY picky..And explains what her vision is..I become very distained ( the look of F off is on my face ) And I say, if your very picky, walking in to any salon randomly isnt always smart. Iam a educated stylist and you may have your hair done here. I sit her down, and YES SIGN MY RELEASE FORM BC UR CRAZY. After I go thru WH Y her hair became so light, and WHAT needs to be done... I also thought " B, Im gunna fix you and prove you wrong..I formulate, and apply, telling her its 30 min to process..She looks at me and says, WHAT, BUT I need to be out of here, in 45 min.. Again I look at her w my look.. She calms down and says ok.. She says But let me tell u," if my hair doesnt turn out right, I know greek cuss words to cuss you out" I washed her dried her, and she then said I usually have gay guys do my hair, but i like you, i feel comftorable.. and ur a woman...She says im coming bk, how much was that 49.95... Thanks for saving my hair.. MORAL OF THE STORY..NO MATTER WHERE YOU GO, HIGH OR LOW END SALON, ITS THE QUALITY OF THE STYLIST, IF YOU WANNA PAY A CARPAYMENT ON YOUR HAIR, NO ONE IS STOPPING YOU.. BUT IF YOU FIND A GOOD STYLIST WHO UNDERSTANDS HAIR AND UNDERSTANDS TO ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND, YOU WILL NEVER LOOK LIKE U HAVE HOT ROOTS!
