A comment of mine on an article by David DeSalvo, "Five Big Developments in Neuroscience to Watch". 02.07.20011 David DeSalvo, The content of your article corresponds with some of my findings published in my report: “Classified experiments – an introspective description.Direct Human Brain – AI – Interface System (DHB – AI – IS.) Interaction between artificial intelligence and the human brain.”(only in Norwegian.) The report is based on targeted individuals descriptions of their experiences as involuntary test subjects. The subjects are targeted in real time via satellite. I have named it The Direct Human – AI – Interface System. The technology is as you say, cutting edge, the method is non-invasive. There is no use of chip implants or nanotechnology. My report includes the description of interference with higher abstract thinking, manipulation of memory > removal of or inducing new (false) memories etc., enhancement of brain functions, alternated perception of reality, behavior modification (including impulse control), and much more. This is an emerging technology, now under development in classified R&D projects. Copyright: IRPT.INFO 24.07.2009. Non-invasive Direct Human Brain – AI – IS technologies will remain under strict military, corporate and government control, perhaps for centuries to come. Public insight is zero. However clear physical and psychological symptoms of experiments conducted by military research and development groups are emerging in individuals all over the world creating limited public awareness to the existence of such projects.
