A common misconception about PiYo: Since its all low impact, it must be kinda easy, not make you sweat, and will only give minimal results. Ummmm no no and NO! Dont let the fact that youll be getting more flexible and lengthening your muscles WHILE you strengthen and sculpt fool you. This workout will make you work. It will make you sweat. It will make you sore in places you didnt even know you had. And the final result will be weight lost, muscles popping with definition, and a seriously happy glowing smile you wont be able to wipe off your face. Its the whole package, while being kind to your joints. I am seriously falling deeper in love every day and every new PiYo workout I do....this stuff just keeps getting better! Im so thrilled to have found a workout to do for these last 5 1/2 weeks of my pregnancy, and to do as soon as I can after I deliver!
