A common objection I hear from people not starting an exercise - TopicsExpress

A common objection I hear from people not starting an exercise program is they dont have enough time or they are full time parents. I completely understand how difficult it can be. But this does not mean you cannot exercise at all! There are 100s of workout DVDs, home workouts on YouTube, or you could even going to the park with your kids regularly for a walk will help increase your activity level. A lot of women come to me for a consultation explaining how they have de-prioritized themselves but mostly over fear of getting labeled as being selfish as a parent. Exercising and prioritizing your own health does not mean you are being selfish, it means you will be healthy for the entirety of your kids childhood.
