A consistent weakness of mine is lack of upper back strength/stability. This is openly displayed in 100+ lbs difference in my front squat and backsquat. And after watching Caleb Williams stand up that 174 clean like he was on the moon(and every other clean Ive sen him do)...Ive decided its time to fix that Two things Im trying: 1. Front squat the same way that I clean. No more finger tip front squats. Tight front rack hands in, elbows even a bit lower and more on the chest. 2. Pauses and recruit posterior out of the hole. My butt usually kicks back out of the hole which causes me to dip forward. Firing the glutes/hams from the bottom is crucial.
