Your overall opinion rating is 100% The consumer provided the following comments - Stephen at bailies is very helpful and knowlegable mechanic who is very friendly also, not one of these mechanics who just takes your car, tell you to come back later and takes your money. he was very happy to chat a little first about whats needs to be done and also about a total rebuild of a mk 2 escort they had just finished which i loved. when i went to collect the car lisa (stephens wife) was very friendly and helpful also, asking how we found out about them and if it was easy to find etc, and they also had fully valet the inside of the car and were just washing it also as i arrived. so all round a very very welcome repair centre and brilliant experience
